Materials

Brush
Mod Podge
Matte Clear Enamel
Tulle
Twine
Wooden Initial
Glitter
Base
Tin pan
Glue gun

Instructions

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Cut the tule about 1 1/4 inch width.
2. Fold a strip in half. With the tulle under your twine, pinch down the two ends with one hand and with your other put your thumb and finger through the loop.
3. Grab the two ends with your thumb and finger and pull through the loop.
4. Continue this process until your ready to tie off your tutu.

  

 

 

 

 

 

5. Tie the tutu and place a drop of hot glue on the knot to help hold it together.
6. Cut the edges to even it out and make it the size you want.

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Place your initial in the tin pan and brush a layer of mod podge over it.
8. Sprinkle it with glitter until it’s covered.
9. Shake off access and wait for the mod podge to dry.
10. Once the mod podge is dry spray it with the sealer.
11. Once the sealer dries, put the tutu around it and hot glue it to the base.
